Summary[]
After being requested by Yuyu to recruit members for a Legion, Riri recruits a number of students for it.
Plot[]
Riri enjoys sitting with Yuyu although the former soon has a lecture to attend to. Soon a couple of students by the names of Rosalinde Friedegune von Otto and Tamura Nagi see the two and call them "Yuri-san". This is due to the recently released news article, which makes Yuyu apoplectic.
Elsewhere, Wang Yujia talks with her mother on the phone and talks about her mother to her roommate Kuo Shenlin. In the cafeteria, Yuyu requests that Riri form a legion, however, she doesn't know what that is, so Fumi explains it to her. Exuberantly, the Fumi and Riri then go off to recruit members for their legion together. Afterward, Yuyu practices in the shooting range where Mai notices that Yuyu is on edge. Yuyu then explains to Mai how she requested Riri to start her own Legion and the person in question creates a poster ad for recruiting members for her Legion. They first interview Shiori Rokkaku, however, she's already part of a different Legion. At Yujia's dorm, Yujia talks with Shenlin about joining a Legion and outside Riri and Fumi catch Tazusa Andou enamored with a kitten. When they're spotted by Andou they flee the scene and later approached by Ichi, Kusumi, Araya, and Kaede. Due to Araya's unwarranted advances toward Riri, Kaede takes Riri away, and at a different location, Kaede is recruited into the Legion. Back in her room, Riri asks Shizu if she'd like to join her Legion, however, she already has plans to create her own in the future. Shizu details that both members of her Legion, Fumi and Kaede were scouted by numerous students for their respective skill and talent.
Afterward, Riri personally thanks Fumi and Kaede for all that they've done for her thus far and they're soon joined by Miriam who enlists herself to join Riri's Legion. Sometime later, the group meet with Yujia and Shenlin in their dorm room and while Yuji happily enlists, Shenlin is hesitant, due to her lack of confidence. So, Riri has Shenlin showcase her CHARM ability and her Rare Skill "Heaven's Measure". It's a long range sniping skill and while using her skill, Shenlin fires her weapon at her target Yujia, who deflects the shot with her CHARM. In the end, ten shots are fired off and of the ten, one of them is deflected back at Shenlin who blocks it with her CHARM.
That night in the bathing area, Shenlin thanks Yujia for helping her gain more confidence in her ability. Meanwhile, Moyu talks with Shinobu and acting chairman of the school, Takamatsu Kogetsu. Moyu gives the chairman a report concerning a new student in the Arsenal Division. She continues with some information in regards to Huge and elsewhere, Yuyu talks with her roommate, Matsuri.
