A Rare Skill (レアスキル) is a a unique ability that enhances a Lily's performance in combat.

Every Lily has a Rare Skill. Lilies who are humans are only given one Rare Skill at birth, though it usually does not manifest until later in life. However, there are also "synthetic" Lilies such as Yuri Hitotsuyanagi who can use any one particular Rare Skill at any given time.

Abilities of lesser value than Rare Skills are called subskills. Lilies may have more than one subskill, but no more than seven. Furthermore, the potency of the ability is numerically expressed by a "Skill Number", and the higher the numerical value, the greater the ability. It is said that a Lily's Skill Number can determine whether or not they are able to use certain types of CHARMs; thus, Lilies deem their Skill Number to be vital information.[1]

Brave[]

Japanese: ブレイブ

A skill that can purify the remains of "negative Magie" accumulated by skills such as Lunatic Trancer, bringing mental stability to a Lily of the user's choice and enhancing that Lily's combat abilities for a short amount of time. It can be used on an ally or on oneself, but only up to three times per battle. When used on oneself, a Brave user will enter a state of mind called "Enrage", a berserk state that is less powerful but easier to control than Lunatic Trancer.[2] A Lily who receives Brave has the side effect of becoming more dependent on the skill's user, however.

Charisma[]

Japanese: カリスマ

A support skill that protects the user from the power of evil Magie. It boosts the abilities and morale of allies by absorbing Magie and distributing it among them. Charisma is an uncommon and rather mysterious Rare Skill. The conditions for mastering this skill are unclear and few have done so. Although the awakening conditions are not strict, there are many aspects of Charisma that have not been clarified yet because there are so few awakened people.

A rare skill with a lot of mysteries, which is considered to be a super-competitor of Charisma, newly mentioned in the anime and game application.

Circlet Bless[]

Japanese: 円環の御手 (サークリットブレス)

With this skill, it is possible to wield two CHARMs at the same time. Circlet Bless increases the user's attack power by 150%, making a Lily with it a vital asset to any Legion. Most Lilies use this skill to wield two attack-based CHARMs, but some will use it to wield one defensive CHARM and one offensive CHARM.

Register[]

Japanese: レジスタ(Rejisuta)

A skill that shares capabilities of the Hawk's Eye subskill, "Clairvoyance" in addition to improving the CHARM specifications of allies within range and supplying a Magisphere Protective Shield. Register can improve the purity of Magie within a certain range and supplies Magie to allies' Magie Crystal Cores. Lilies with this skill can drastically increase the success rate of the Neunwelt Tactic, and it is favorable among team leaders.

Hawk's Eye[]

Japanese: 鷹の目 (taka no me)

A perception-based skill which allows a Lily to see a situation from a bird's-eye view--that is, as if looking down on the ground from the sky during battle. It is not simply abnormal eyesight, though; rather, it is more akin to viewing chess or shogi pieces on a board. This skill allows the user and their Legion to make accurate decisions without checking a battlefield map, which makes it a highly coveted skill among Lilies looking for Legion recruits.

Heaven's Measure[]

Japanese: 天の秤目 (ten no hakarime)

A rare skill that allows the user to measure the distance between an enemy and an ally down to the centimeter. This skill pairs well with snipers and those who fight at medium and long distances. Lilies who master this skill gain "dead eye motion", which slows their perception of time by half and allows for even greater accuracy.

A skill that improves the purity of Magie in a certain range, builds a barrier, and weakens Huge attacks within the effective area.

Lunatic Trancer[]

Japanese: ルナティックトランサー

A rare skill that allows the user to fight in a Berserk state, ignoring heart rate function, strength, and gravity. It is a very dangerous rare skill and while Lilies with this skill are very reliable attackers, they are unable to distinguish friend from foe while it is in use. When in Lunatic Trancer state, the user's hair color may change; however, it will revert back to normal once the skill is no longer in use.

Phantasm[]

Japanese: ファンタズム

A perception-based skill that allows the user to see all possible outcomes in a given situation and understand what is needed to achieve each one. Once that knowledge is obtained, the user is able to communicate it to their teammates via telepathy. Without the understanding and cooperation of those around them, a Lily with this skill will be viewed as a selfish and foolhardy person. Those who master this skill are able to expand their spatial range or gain greater futuristic visibility.

Phase Transcendence[]

Japanese: フェイズトランセンデンス

A rare skill that allows the user to channel an infinite supply of Magie, greatly strengthening their attacks. Immediately after use, the user becomes depleted of Magie and must "recharge" before entering combat again. Otherwise, the user risks severe injury or death. Despite its disadvantages, Phase Transcendence is a highly sought-after skill. As a Lily's skill level improves the power of Phase Transcendence increases as so does the time it takes for their Magie to recover.

Shukuchi[]

Japanese: 縮地 (shukuchi)

A teleportation skill which causes the user to run at so great a speed that it reverses the vector of space and time. At higher skill levels, the user travels almost at warp speed. Lilies who master this skill can actually use wormholes to travel through space. In the physical world, it can be used for both avoidance and attack.

Testament[]

Japanese: テスタメント

A perception-based skill that allows the user to expand the scope of their comrades' rare skills and magical techniques. It is very useful for Legions, but it has the disadvantage of lowering one's own defenses because it consumes a large amount of Magie. For this reason, Lilies who have mastered this skill are most valued, but there are few masters of Testament because it is difficult to do so.

The Way of the World(*or World's Reason)[]

Japanese: この世の理 (kono yo no kotowari)

A rare skill that senses the direction of power. Unlike Phantasm, which perceives outcomes via vision, those with this skill use senses akin to proprioception to feel the vector of actions taken by both allies and enemies in a given situation. Since it is directly linked to evasion and can increase the survival rate of allies, it is a rare skill that is meaningful not only for commanders, but also for warriors who fight on the front lines.

Zed/Last Letter[]

Japanese: ゼット/ラストレター

This rare skill allows the user to rewind time "as long as it can fit in one's own hands". This allows the user to cure even the most horrific injuries and wounds, or cool down an overheated CHARM while in the middle of a battle. It is an exceptionally rare skill, and has become even more so in the current Lily generation.

Zenon Paradoxa[]

Japanese: ゼノンパラドキサ

A rare skill that works similarly to Shukuchi and World's Reason in that it allows the user to both anticipate an opponent's moves and instantly dodge their attacks. This skill works well in close quarters combat and, along with Circlet Bless, is great for attackers.

Uber Sein[]

Japanese: ユーバーザイン

A rare skill called super-sensing, which allows to hide presence. The holder of this skill is able to hide their presence from friend and enemy alike, allowing them to act without being noticed by Huge. In addition to this, it is a rare skill that allows them to distract the enemy by transferring presence to objects.

Boosted Skill[]

Skills that can be handled by enhanced Lily that have effects not found in normal rare skills are called. If the reinforcement is too strong or Lily can't take it anymore, will become "mad," go out of control, and become close to Huge. For this reason, Lily who has been confirmed to have gone mad will be disposed of.[3]

Regenerator[]

Japanese: リジェネレーター

A skill that allows to regenerate on the spot even if cut, a semi-immortal ability that represents the Enhanced Lily.

Alchemy Trace[]

Japanese: アルケミートレース

Using blood as a catalyst to form pseudo-charm. It is very useful because it can fight even if they lose their weapons.

Enhancement[]

Japanese: エンハンスメント

Can make certain Sub Skill Rare Skills for a few seconds. However, it can only be activated if it is a rare skill that you possess.

Ethel Body[]

Japanese: エーテルボディ

A skill that unleashes an alter ego with mass, allowing for dual attacks. It is very demanding and has side effects that limit the number of users.

Drain[]

Japanese:ドレイン

Grants the Lily the ability to absorb stagnant magic power from both the Huge and the surrounding battlefield, and add it to her own. This skill is extremely dangerous for Lilies who do not have the inherent Rare Skill Charisma, as it will result in a loss of sanity with a 90% chance certainty upon receiving the influx of magic power. Because of this, it is rarely employed.

Astral Guarder[]

Japanese: アストラルガーダー
Protects the soul's very existence and grants "Anti-Huge energy toxin nullification". Disables psychic wave attacks, etc.

Continuous reinforcement assistance[]

Japanese: 連続強化補助

A doubling skill that allows you to stack multiple skills that improve attack and defense power. This also has strong side effects and is considered dangerous to perform.

Nosferatu[]

Japanese:ノスフェラトゥ

Stop aging, Magi Decay stopping skills. It is a procedure that cannot succeed first, and if it fails, will surely go mad. It is rumored that the chancellor of Yurigaoka Girls Academy is a success, but the truth is not clear.

Magie Reflector[]

Japanese:マギリフレクター

Creates a special barrier that repels magi energy. The power of the barrier changes depending on the amount of Magi the user possesses, and if the user is skilled enough, it can even repel the magi sphere of Neunwelt's tactics.
